Whether you’re looking for a fun whale/ocean-themed snack to make for a birthday party or just a sweet treat to enjoy as a family, you will love this Banana Pudding Whale Snack recipe.

This recipe requires only a few ingredients and can be quickly whipped together. It’s easy to make and tastes great. This recipe is also a great snack to try if you’re going over the story of Jonah in the Bible.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  • Follow the instructions on your box of vanilla pudding mix or open up your premade vanilla pudding.
  • Add a few drops of blue food coloring and stir until fully mixed together. You should now have some light blue pudding to use for your ocean base.
  • Cut a banana in half. (1 full banana makes 2 whales)
  • Cut/break a few vanilla wafers in half.
  • Carefully press 2 chocolate chips into the sliced end of the banana half. One on either side to make the eyes of your whale.
  • Scoop a big spoonful of pudding onto your plate to be the ocean base. Press your vanilla wafers into the banana creating the tail and fins of your whale. (It may be easier to cut some slices into your banana first)
  • Set your whale onto your pudding base and enjoy! See the image below for reference.
