This adorable Cotton Ball Cup Sheep craft requires very few supplies or steps and creates a fun piece of art with a 3-Dimensional twist.
This easy craft is perfect for any sheep-themed VBS, homeschool, Sunday School, or Kids Ministry lesson especially if you’re teaching on Psalm 23. These could also make super cute decorations for any farm-themed birthday party or event.

Supplies:
- Construction Paper
- White Crayon
- Scissors
- Cotton Balls
- Glue or Hot Glue Gun
- Googly Eyes
- Small Paper Cups (3oz)
Steps:
- To start, cut out a small sheep’s head shape and 2 small rectangles out of black construction paper. These will be your sheep’s head and feet. See the image below for reference.
- Using a white crayon draw a simple mouth onto your sheep’s head.
- Next, place 2 googly eyes onto the sheep’s head then set it aside for later.
- Grab a handful of cotton balls and start gluing them to the outside of your small paper cup. I used a hot glue gun to speed up the process, but this would also work with regular liquid glue but would need extra dry time between steps.
- Once you’ve covered the entire outside of your cup with cotton balls, glue on your sheep’s head and 2 feet into place. Once completed, your Cotton Ball Cup Sheep craft is done!
