These Wise Men Paper Plate Crowns double as a creative DIY activity for you and your kids as well as a fun dress-up piece you can play with after you’ve finished.
This is a fun easy craft to do with your kids and makes a cute crown they can wear around the house or use to reenact the Christmas story. Hopefully working on this craft together will lead to a further discussion about the birth of Jesus and the wise men who followed the star to find and worship him.

Supplies:
Steps:
- To start, fold a paper plate in half and cut a line to the inside edge of the paper plate border.
- Unfold your plate and continue to make cuts creating 8 equal slivers. Try on your crown to see if you need to cut further into the plate or not.
- Once you have your cuts done use markers, glue, glitter, stickers, or whatever craft supplies you have to decorate your crown.
- Once all dry, fold all the cut wedges up to create your crown shape and you’re done!
