Flashlight Cake Cones

Let your little ones have some fun “shining their lights” with these simple and delicious Flashlight Cake Cones. This snack can also be easily made in bulk by using actual cupcake mix and baking them in the cones, but if you’re making these for only one or a few kids like me, then this is the sped-up and easier recipe I use.

Ingredients:

• Muffins (I used chocolate chip muffins, but you can use whatever flavor your kids like)
• Ice Cream Cake Cones
• White Frosting
• Yellow Food Coloring

Steps:

• Pull out as many cake cones as you need and fill them with muffin pieces until the cone is full. Use a spoon to press the muffin down creating a nice flat top.

• Mix a few scoops of white frosting and a few drops of yellow food coloring until it’s combined.

• Spread the yellow frosting over the top of the cone until completely covered and enjoy your little flashlight cones.
