Ingredients (makes approximately 15 chips):
- Tortillas (soft flour)
- Butter
- Cinnamon Sugar Mix
- Leaf Cookie Cutters
- Cookie Sheet
- Basting Brush
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Take out 5 soft flour tortillas. Use your leaf cookie cutter to cut leaf shapes into the tortillas. My cookie cutters made 3 leaves per tortilla. If you don’t have leaf cookie cutters you can also just cut the tortillas into triangles.
- Place your tortilla leaves onto a cookie sheet.
- Melt some butter in the microwave and use a basting brush to coat each leaf with melted butter. Make sure to coat both the front and back of the tortilla leaves.
- Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar over the tops of the tortilla leaves making sure to coat the whole thing. If you don’t have a premixed cinnamon sugar mix you can make it by combining 1 part cinnamon with 2 parts white granulated sugar.
- Bake your chips for 10 minutes or until crispy. Let them cool and enjoy!
