Supplies:

Steps:

  • To start, cut a piece of printer or construction paper to size and glue it to your cardboard tube to cover the whole thing.
  • Using markers, crayons, colored pencils, and stickers decorate your popper however you’d like.
  • Next, tie a knot in the bottom of a balloon and cut off the top of the balloon.
  • Stretch your balloon opening to cover the bottom of your cardboard tube tightly. Once in place, tape down the edge of your balloon to secure it.
  • Fill your popper with craft pom poms or confetti, hold the tube, pull down the balloon knot far and tight, and then release the knot to pop your confetti into the air. Enjoy endless fun and ring in the New Year in style!
