As we teach our kids about the Fruit of the Spirit, why not enjoy some real fruit too? This colorful Rainbow Fruit Salad snack recipe is a sweet reminder of the beautiful things God grows in us when we follow Him.

This recipe requires a handful of easy ingredients and can be quickly whipped together for a few kids or in a big batch. Increase your serving sizes of each ingredient and feed a whole Sunday school class or large kids’ ministry group.

It’s easy to make and tastes great, and this recipe is meant to help you explain or remember the fruits of the Spirit.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” – Galatians 5:22-23a
